Bosla ("the app") is provided by Dr. Qutaiba Ebraheem, trading as The Executive HR Lab, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app uses, why, and your choices. Contact: the.executive.hr.lab@gmail.com
1. Data stored on your phone
Your CV, CV analyses, saved jobs, application documents, interview preparations, mock interviews, offer reviews, LinkedIn and portfolio reviews, learning plans and coach chats are stored on your device only. We do not keep copies on our servers.
2. Data we keep on our server
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code.
- Your plan, credit balance and purchase records.
- A record of which features you used, when, and how many credits they cost (for billing, fair use and preventing abuse).
- For mock interviews, a session record that counts how many answer reviews were used.
We also keep a short-lived cache of job search results, keyed by job title and location. It is not linked to your account.
3. Data processed to provide a feature
When you use an AI feature, the content needed for that request (for example your CV, a job description, a photo of a document, an offer letter, your answers or chat messages) is sent securely to our server and to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the result. We do not store this content after the result is returned. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models, and may retain it for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring.
Some features search the web or read web pages you provide (for example a company website or a portfolio link).
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (server and database), Anthropic (AI), Resend (sign-in emails), RevenueCat with Google Play and the Apple App Store (purchases), and JSearch by OpenWeb Ninja (job listings; only the job title and location you search are sent). Payment card details are handled by Google or Apple; we never receive them. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show ads, track you across other apps, apply to jobs for you or contact employers on your behalf.
6. How long we keep data
Account data and usage records are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete your account. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You can delete all data on your phone and your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete all my data. You can also request deletion at https://theexecutivehrlab.com/pages/bosla-delete-account or by email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact us to use them.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to our server data is restricted. No system is completely secure, so please keep your device protected.
9. Age
Bosla is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. AI results
AI results can contain mistakes. Check important information, especially legal or salary information, before relying on it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will show the new effective date here and tell you in the app about important changes.
