These terms apply to the Bosla app, provided by Dr. Qutaiba Ebraheem, trading as The Executive HR Lab, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: the.executive.hr.lab@gmail.com
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms.
2. What Bosla is
Bosla is an AI career coach. It gives suggestions about CVs, jobs, interviews, learning and job offers. It does not apply to jobs for you and does not guarantee interviews, offers or salary increases. Scores are explained estimates, not hiring predictions.
3. AI and your responsibility
AI results can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking anything you use, and for the truth of everything you send to employers. Bosla is designed not to invent facts; do not add claims that are not true.
4. Not legal or financial advice
The offer letter review and salary information are general information based on public sources, not legal, financial or immigration advice. Confirm important points with the relevant ministry or a qualified professional before signing anything.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your CV, documents, photos and answers. You allow us and our service providers to process them only to provide the features you request. Only upload content you have the right to use.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no illegal, harmful, misleading or discriminatory content, no attempts to bypass credits, limits or security, no automated or bulk use, and no reselling of the service.
7. Credits, subscriptions and payments
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and follow their terms. Credit packs do not expire and are non-refundable except where the store's policy or the law requires. Credits used for a request that fails are returned automatically. Career Pro renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Career Pro is subject to fair use (currently up to 30 AI actions a day and 150 a month, plus 20 mock interviews a month); we may adjust these limits with notice. Prices may differ by country and may change for future periods.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Bosla available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be withdrawn.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you or employers make based on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Bosla and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
